Resolved - Hemos detectado esta mañana un tiempo de respuesta elevado en nuestros servidores que ha provocado que algunos usuarios experimentaran una navegación lenta dentro de la plataforma. Hemos desactivado el botón de PLAY ya que en nuestra investigación el problema estaba relacionado con este producto. Tan pronto como tengamos una solución permanente al problema reactivaremos el botón de PLAY. A partir de ahora, la plataforma es más estable, pero seguimos supervisando los comportamientos y realizando ajustes en nuestros servidores para garantizar que la plataforma funcione como se espera.


We detected this morning a high response time in our servers that have caused that some users experienced a slow navigation inside the platform. We have deactivated the play button since in our investigation the issue was related to this product. As soon as we have a permanent fix to the issue we will reactivate the play button. As of now the platform is more stable but we are still monitoring. the behaviours and making adjustments to our servers to ensure that the platform works as expected.

To ensure minimal disruption, we will implement the hotfix without taking the server offline. However, you may experience minor performance fluctuations during the deployment process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the platform's stability.

Queremos informarles sobre otra implementación de hotfix programada para mañana, 17 de abril de 2024. Tras la implementación de hoy, que solucionó algunos problemas pero reveló factores adicionales que contribuyen a los problemas de estabilidad, estamos tomando medidas proactivas para mejorar aún más el rendimiento de la plataforma.
